By booking an appointment, visiting our clinic, using our website (shroukcenter.com), or messaging our official accounts (WhatsApp 01025232869, Facebook @shroukcenterpt, Instagram @shroukcenter), you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide physiotherapy, weight-loss consultation, cryotherapy, mesotherapy, shock-wave therapy, manual therapy, and related wellness services. Services are delivered by licensed physiotherapists under medical supervision.
3. Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled subject to availability.
- Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 2 hours in advance when possible.
- The clinic reserves the right to adjust appointment times based on operational needs; you will be notified of changes via WhatsApp or phone.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or installment plan is agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payment via authorized providers. Refunds for unused sessions of prepaid packages are handled per our internal policy — ask reception for details.
5. Messaging with us
When you message our clinic on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram:
- Your messages are received, stored, and reviewed by our staff to provide care
- We may send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and educational content
- You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying "stop"
- Medical emergencies are NOT to be sent via messaging — call emergency services or come to the clinic directly
6. Medical disclaimer
Information communicated via our website, messaging, or general marketing material is educational and not a substitute for individual medical evaluation. Treatment decisions are made at the clinic during in-person sessions.
7. Intellectual property
All clinical protocols, treatment programs, diet plans, and training materials are the property of Elshrouk Center. You may use them for your personal treatment. Redistribution, resale, or use for training without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Treatment outcomes vary based on patient adherence and individual physiology. While we apply established physiotherapy protocols and commit to professional care, we do not guarantee specific results.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be addressed through the appropriate Egyptian court system.
