What we mean by "patient data entry":

Every session at Elshrouk runs through our clinic app (PhysioTech). After every patient, the treating doctor enters: what was done, vitals, weight check (if relevant), notes for the next visit. It takes ~60 seconds per patient and uses the phone — no paperwork.

This is how we track patient progress, prove protocol effectiveness, and improve outcomes. Doctors who skip this or fill in random data are not a fit, regardless of clinical skill.
